If you are interested in learning more about Pastoral Yoga, contact me to schedule your complimentary twenty-minute Zoom conversation. All lessons are taught one-on-one, and at this time are only being offered through Zoom due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Each lesson is $80 per one-hour session.

What items are needed on your part are: internet and Zoom access, a yoga mat, a bolster or blankets that you can sit on, and comfortable clothing to wear during the session. All practices can also be done seated in a chair.
